Fence rotated and moved around in grid to create repetition the same fence with distorted colors resulting in the abstract some bell peppers with a yellow tint and enhanced colors to relay an emotion of calmness a house with shadows and lots of blue and a sort of colorless feel making it scary and maybe kind of sad flowers with lots of red and some unclear parts to emphasize the flower giving a love emotion Contrasting colors in a pattern on a table with complementing colors round the table cloth a beautiful color with great complementing colors

This is my contact sheet showing the eight different types of Framing and Composition. Contact sheet are often used by photographers to show all their different pieces of work on one page and to show the original next to the edited versions of your photos. Project 1: Elements and Principles Poster

Image
link For this project our assignment was to first take black and white photographs from the internet that represented the various elements and principles named in the screenshot above. Next we were supposed to go out around the school and photograph the same elements and principles where we found them in the nature and around the school. The difference between an element and a principle is that an element is a part of a picture, for example, there are many elements that make up a photo or image. Whereas a principle is the style of image or the type of image/ characteristic of the image, so therefore elements make up both an image and a principle. Some things that I was paying more attention to while working on this project were the details of images and what makes each of the images special or different and what things make them similar or of the same style.

My Summer

During the summer the best thing that I did was travel with my family to A lake house owned by my fathers high school friends where we enjoyed a week on the lake while doing water-sports and relaxing in the sun.
